Exchange Policy
- Exchange items are not applicable on promotional or sales items exceptions are only given if an item is damaged.
- If you receive wrong product or a product that is damaged or defected, or if you simply wish to exchange your product for any reason, contact our Customer Service to assist you with your exchange.
- Customer should report the case of Exchange to customer service via WhatsApp +962 79 512 6665 or can contact customer service on +962 79 512 6665 a customer service agent will assist you with your exchange request.
- All products must be exchanged within 3 days of receipt, by visiting your nearest ALSARAYA store after coordinating with the Customer service to check the product availability within the stores. Products will be exchanged for all payment methods with products with equivalent amount.
- All Products must be unused with ALSARAYA tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in its original box and packaging intact, along with the original invoice.
- We offer a flexible exchange policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
- In case the customer is exchanging with a product at a different price then he/she will pay the difference while exchanging the new item.
